Review Time
I ordered a Medium shirt for my son, but the head hole was incredibly small. My eight-year-old couldn't even get her head through! This seems to be a manufacturing issue. I reached out to the support team right away and received a request for photos, which I provided, but I haven't heard back since. I've attempted to contact them multiple times without any response. It seems I won't be getting a refund. I strongly advise against using this service; there are plenty of others that are more reliable.

Based on other reviews, this seems to be their usual pattern. I fear they may have gone out of business or are simply taking advantage of holiday shoppers.

I ordered from a service and never got the kit. My son had asked for it for Christmas, so I placed the order on October 6th to ensure it would arrive on time. Christmas has passed, and I’ve sent multiple emails requesting updates with no response. It feels like a scam!
We ordered three kits in different sizes. They arrived on time, but only one box had a size label, so we had to open the others. It looks like the sizes are incorrect. I’m not optimistic, and now we’ll have to wait until Christmas to see what we actually got.
Horrible customer service—after 10 emails, I’m left without a mystery kit that I returned for an exchange, with no refund and additional return costs. I have no choice but to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. They completely ignore emails, and there's no other way to contact them.
