I want to inform you @My-Store.ch is the worst website I’ve ever made online shopping. The worst customer service ever. Now they put everything on the fault of Covid-19, however Covid-19 doesn’t disturb them to debit my card. For your information other websites which are located outside of Switzerland are functioning as before! This company operates under the leadership of highly irresponsible people. The arrogance of their employees has no limit. They simply ignore emails, their phones are turned off, and here they respond with pre-prepared texts. Never buy anything from this website. I’m going post it in all Geneva groups.
