I ordered 5 packets of strawberry jelly crystals from a platform on November 26. They arrived on the 30th, but I received lemon flavor instead, which I dislike. Contacting the support team was difficult, and for two days I was told an agent would respond within 24 hours. Those hours never came. They are silent about refunds or exchanges. This feels very deceptive.
