There has been minimal communication about my order. I reached out and have waited over 5 days with no reply. The long shipping time is an issue if you need to exchange. I placed my order in late November, and I need to exchange my ski suit for a different size, yet I haven’t received any confirmation despite my inquiries. I love their clothing, so it’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, which is essential. I’m curious to see how this will be resolved. I’ll provide an update.
