Great suit, pricier side but you are paying for quality and warmth! Other ‘high st’ brands at similar price do not offer as good quality and practicality. The suit was stylish and warm and practical for skiing! Had an issue and the team resolved swiftly. I’d highly recommend!
There’s been a significant lack of communication regarding my order. I’ve reached out, and it’s been over 5 days without a response. The long shipping time is an issue if you need to exchange. I placed my order in late November, and I need to exchange my ski suit for a different size, yet I've received no confirmation of its arrival despite my inquiries. I really like their clothing, so it’s disappointing to see such deficiencies in customer service, which is crucial. I’m curious to see how this situation will be resolved. I will provide an update.
I wish I had paid attention to the reviews!!! 🤬It's a complete disaster. My ski vacation is ruined. I ordered on November 25th, and like many others mentioned, the sizing is completely inconsistent. I’m 5’8” and have always worn Medium ski suits for the past 20 years. I ordered Medium, and it was huge— I could fit my whole family in it! The leg cut was way too low, and the fit was terrible overall. I returned it and got an email confirming they received it, but since then, I've heard nothing. I exchanged for an XS, hoping it would fit better given how large the Medium was. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email and all social media platforms. My comments get deleted, and I only receive automated replies to 'contact support.' I'm flying out early tomorrow, with no ski suit and no money. My messages on social media show 'Read' but no response. As others have pointed out, their communication is automated and unhelpful. I should have realized immediately that there was no phone number to call. My holiday is already ruined. I also bought a small accessory, and it looks like it cost barely anything to make. I can't believe they get away with this. Now, looking at their social media, there are hardly any comments— no surprise if they're all getting deleted. If you look closely at the models, their ski suits don’t seem to fit well either. At this point, I just want my refund. I'm really upset I didn’t choose a more reputable brand. 😩

Extremely poor customer service. Items were missing from my order, and I have not received a refund for the items they didn’t pack. No investigation has been conducted. I’m very disappointed, especially considering the high prices for items that seem to have low quality.
