Hi,I have already initiated the return request, however I was surprised to see that I am expected to pay for return shipping. Since the jacket and pants arrived defective (broken snap on the pants, uneven and poorly attached snaps on the jacket, strong chemical smell, and overall low manufacturing quality), I believe it is unreasonable for the customer to be responsible for return postage.This is not a matter of size or personal preference - this is a quality issue.I received items that do not match the standard or the advertised product, which means the cost of return should be covered by the seller, not the buyer.I am requesting a full refund including return shipping, or alternatively a prepaid return label. I hope we can resolve this quickly and amicably, as I would prefer not to escalate this further with my credit card company or through a consumer protection claim. I believe it is in both of our interests to handle this professionally.Please confirm that you will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund.Thank you - I look forward to your prompt response.
