Disappointed with Quality and Customer ServiceI bought a puffer jacket from My Ski Sunday and was really let down. Within just two days of wearing it, the material split—clearly not durable enough for actual skiing, despite being advertised for that use. When I reached out for a refund, I was told I was one week past their refund window, so there was nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating, especially since the product clearly didn’t hold up. I expected better quality and customer support from a ski-focused brand.
