Awful awful customer service. We have had 4 power cuts in 1 month and when I call them to ask for any sort of assistance or compensation as I cannot work without wifi and it is freezing in the house, they simply HANG UP THE PHONE? I’ve never seen anything like it. Our house is fully electric so without electricity we don’t have heating, we cannot cook, no wifi, everything! Abysmal service and just a general lack of human decency. Will definitely be putting in a formal complaint against this company.
