At first I was pretty optimistic talking with Carlos but after looking at the actual program, it was not the program he said it would be. When I told him we wanted to cancel he got rude and told us have a good life in debt. Pretty disapppointed.
Mylan explained the process very well and was not judgemental of my situation at all, in fact he was very understanding. I wasn't sure if it was the path I wanted to take but with his help I decided it was better than the plan I was using, which was causing me a lot of financial stress.
