After ordering a $516 water testing kit, I decided instead to change Plumbing as well as hot water heater and Whole House filtration. I did not feel compelled to still test the water since the smell went away. I planned to call to return the set, however, was hospitalized and nearly died. After returning from the hospital, I called the company to return the kit. They said I was outside of the 30 day. Period. They are correct unfortunately I was a week outside of the return period. I provided them with documentation and pictures of my hospital. Stay asking if there was any way they could make an exception they told me to give the water test to somebody as a present. I'm sorry I don't usually give out $516 presents especially not ones that people will roll their eyes about and say what the F is this. I'm outraged disappointed and feel totally ripped off.
