I used them to set up weekly Friday donations and chose to stop the service a month ago. However, I suddenly received an email today saying that another weekly payment (of an absurd amount) have been scheduled to my account. This is definitely an unauthorised transaction as I've never touched the account or website again since I stopped the previous payment plan. To add on that, the "Cancel Schedule" button now doesn't work as eventhough I've clicked it to cancel the unauthorised payment, it doesn't do anything.
