I had a very concerning experience with MyTenNights. I originally made donations through the platform starting in 2019. However, in February 2026, money was taken from my account automatically without my consent and without any confirmation email.
I had not signed up for any new recurring payment, so this was extremely worrying. When I looked further into the company records, I discovered that the original company had previously filed dormant accounts, meaning it was not supposed to be actively trading during that period. I also found that the company had later been dissolved and another company appears to have been set up afterwards.
This raises serious concerns about transparency and how donor payment details are being handled. I have now contacted my credit card provider to cancel all recurring transactions and dispute the payment.
If you have donated through this platform before, I would strongly advise checking your bank statements carefully.

Donated some money last year. This year, this SCAM company decided that I had "automated" my donations last year and restarted on their own accord. So in the morning got a notice that I had signed up and by the time I checked my email at the end of the day, I got another email saying payment saying payment had been taken. I will be approaching my CC company to claim back the payments from these scammers.23/02/2026 I have spoken to my CC company and they have cancelled all recurring & future transactions (after the first transaction) from my account.I have one more question to this company. MyTenNights claims to open and transparent and a donator is able to edit the details on their website so why am I UNABLE to remove my CC details from the website??
As we all know ramadaan is very sacred and spiritual where we are all blessed to earn rewards and perform good deeds. My Ten Nights is a part of grasping this opportunity at this sacred time ensuring we are able to give charity in the last ten nights to the less unfortunate and pray our humble efforts are accepted. these guys seem to be a fraud. they have been deudcting money from my credit card and despite having emailed them a few times, i didnt get any response while they have kept charging me. just opened a dispute. so i wouldnt be donating to them again for sure. I see that mytennights has responded to feedback to which i would say that rather than writing lengthy responses here, where you care about your public image, you should have focused on responding to queries to your customers, which you still havent. its pathetic!
I think this is a wonderful concept of donating each night in Ramadan especially the last 10 days and you can be sure that this way you will not miss Laylatul Qadr. I have been donating for a few years now through MyTenNights and it has been an amazing experience. JazakAllah brothers and sisters for introducing such a wonderful donation platform!!
Assalam waleikoum. I have been donating to mytennights for a few years. For Ramadan 1446, I began to question whether it was a legitimate organization and whether my modest gifts were being put to good use as stated in the organization formal statements. I did a bit of research and read different reviews. Based on the information I gathered, I am reading to contribute again this year. However, I hope the organization will be more forthcoming with transparency as they promised to do. Some of us have been victims of misbehaving groups so it makes charitable giving less appealing these days.
