I have used the platform to make payments to charities and automate my donations. They are NOT a charity, and they do not claim to be a charity. They partner with charities to whom the money is given. I have used the service for a few years and will continue to do so. There is nothing on their website that suggests that they are a charity. It is a tech platform that makes giving money easier to charities. The donations go to the charities. It is possible to make additional payment to support the platform, which individuals should be doing to ensure that the platform can continue to provide support. I really struggle to understand how individuals expect the individuals involved to provide the services (negotiate with charities, reach out to people, respond to customers, etc. if they are not receiving funds to pay for these activities. Even maintaining the fintech licence and code requires funds. Also, it requires hiring individuals and paying salaries. I feel it would helpful for the Company to include a section, which explains their service and how they operate. The information is not easily available and requires some digging around. It would also be helpful to clarify their other fintech products, etc. the Company needs to provide better information about themselves and their platform. However, for the service they provide. They are extremely good.
