I have been a regular user of my ten nights for several years, but during last Ramadan contribution I was promised to be awarded Amazon vouchers for introducing 2 friends, which I did. I received the confirmation email from ten nights but never received the voucher or response despite writing several emails.I have lost the trust in this "Charity organisation." Why make a promise, especially in Ramadan!!! May Allah guide them to tread on the right path.Like @Joynal Hussain I will donate next Ramadan directly to charities by DD or standing order. SINCE WRITING THE ABOVE REVIEW, I HAVE NOW RECEIVED THE PROMISED VOUCHERS. IT WAS LACK OF COMMUNICATION WHICH LED ME TO WRITE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
