My first Happy Shoppe order was great! Shipped quick like they said. They did substitute an item, and I do feel it should state that clearly on site...CS was very helpful with this...but then the wheels fell off the bus. I am still waiting for tracking on an item I purchased on Monday. CS has become useless..Hello Boxy Charm. Lip service, and same old no real answers. They do not answer emails in 24 hrs or less...trust me. Looks like it's time to do a charge back....all I can say is never, ever again. Now, I have to purchase a gift since who knows when this will arrive...I want a refund now!
