This is my second box and I’m obsessed! So far, my favorite item this month is the Trophy Skin facial wand. I just finished using it and love it! I can’t wait to see results after I am consistently using it. I also got a Herbal pen diffuser and it is really cool! My goal this year is self love and making time for myself. I’m so excited to use each of the items and practice self love.
The Elevate Box was as usual an interesting mix. Here are some highlights. The face mask is easy to use overnight and large tube lasts a long time. The foot mask is a but weird, not crazy about waiting for my skin to peel off. The Face Sculptor is cooling and fun to use, but can't honestly say I see much difference. I can't swallow capsules, so haven't used Focus item much, as I have to empty it, mix w/yogurt, etc. The Chakra book was one of the more intriguing meditation offerings. You do get your money's worth and always nice surprises inside. Website not easy to use; still can't find anywhere to leave a review, as link does not click.

I've been subscribed for a few months now and love these boxes! It really helps me prioritize ME and I've gifted to several friends for birthdays/holidays and everyone RAVES about it. Their customer service is great, they responded promptly when I've encountered an issue (had an item leak out once and they sent me a free replacement right away).
My box was never delivered and then customer service told me I could pay $8.95 for them to reship it. Then I requested a refund and it’s been two days and I have not heard back from customer service. It’s been a horrible experience. I will never order from them again.
I ordered a pre-paid 3 month subscription as a gift for a friend. All indications were that it was a one-time gift purchase, but then I was charged again for another 3 months. I hadn't seen their email stating they'd be charging me for renewal since I'd come to ignore their excessive email ads (at least 5/week). I wasn't asked to confirm/opt in or out. They offer cheaper 6 and 12 month prepaid subscriptions, so I cant imagine why someone would purchase a more expensive 3 month subscription with an intent to auto-renew. This leads me to believe their model involves knowingly suggesting to customers that they've made a one time purchase in the hope that they don't notice recurring charges right away.My friend liked the products OK, but I don't recommend due to misleading business practices.
My first Happy Shoppe order was great! Shipped quick like they said. They did substitute an item, and I do feel it should state that clearly on site...CS was very helpful with this...but then the wheels fell off the bus. I am still waiting for tracking on an item I purchased on Monday. CS has become useless..Hello Boxy Charm. Lip service, and same old no real answers. They do not answer emails in 24 hrs or less...trust me. Looks like it's time to do a charge back....all I can say is never, ever again. Now, I have to purchase a gift since who knows when this will arrive...I want a refund now!
This website is a scamI made a ordered 2 weeks before christmas and never received it. Then i emailed them about my order and they told me it was lost in transit why didnt they notify me about this problem earlier then i asked for a refund and did not receive one
