I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and transparency regarding my refund. I have provided clear evidence via email, including direct confirmation from the airline, that a full refund was processed and sent to this agency in the second week of March.
Despite this, the agency is stalling. After five days of silence, they finally replied claiming they are "contacting the airline"—which makes no sense given the airline has already completed the transaction.
Key issues:
Customer Service: When you call, the staff provides scripted, pre-rehearsed responses claiming the booking is "non-refundable," even when presented with the airline's confirmation of a full refund.
Delays: They are clearly using alibis to prolong the issue rather than processing the money that is already in their possession.
Incompetence: It appears the team is either unqualified to handle refund cases or is intentionally withholding funds.
I have emailed all the evidence from the airline to their customer service team and have been waiting over five days for an appropriate response. I strongly advise travelers to be aware of these practices. I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
