I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced regarding my booking (PNR: CLSXU0PS).

For several days, I attempted to contact customer support through phone calls and emails concerning a minor issue involving a missing last name on my ticket. Despite the urgency of my upcoming travel date, I received no meaningful response, no proper assistance, and no timely support. The complete lack of communication during such a time-sensitive matter was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Because the issue was not resolved and my departure date was approaching, I was forced to cancel my ticket and purchase a new one to avoid travel complications. This resulted in additional financial loss and unnecessary stress, all due to the absence of responsive customer support for what should have been a simple correction.

I have submitted a refund request and expect it to be processed promptly and in full. Given the circumstances and the failure to provide adequate assistance, I believe a fair and timely refund is the minimum appropriate resolution.

I sincerely hope the company reviews its customer support system to prevent other customers from experiencing similar situations.

I requested a refund almost a month ago after the airline rerouted my flights due to the geopolitical situation in Iran. Because of the new route, I had to cancel the trip. This was not a last-minute change, it was due to circumstances outside my control.

Since submitting the refund request, I’ve received no real progress or clear answer. Each time I contact support, I’m told to “wait” first it could take a week, then two weeks, then up to months. There has been no transparency, no updates, and no accountability.

What made the situation even more frustrating is that I asked them to cancel my return ticket a full week before the flight. Despite this, the ticket was never cancelled and I even received a check-in email. When I contacted them, they simply said they don’t know what happened, which is unacceptable, as cancelling the booking was their responsibility.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Cheap prices don’t mean much if customer service disappears when you need help.

I would not recommend booking through them.

Ticket prices are rising every hour while the company does nothing. What makes this situation even worse is that the date change was already approved in writing. All necessary documents were submitted, and all conditions were met. There was nothing left to “review.” Yet, here we are — over a month later — with no results. Interactions with customer service are consistently unfriendly, dismissive, and evasive. Calls get disconnected, escalations are denied, managers are unreachable, and promised updates never come. This entire experience communicates one thing: once they have your money, you’re on your own. From my experience, this company seems to operate by exhausting customers into giving up their rights. That is not customer service; that is systematic obstruction. This is no longer just a request. This is a final demand:
