I didn’t believe a company could fall below the level of incompetence, dishonesty, and negligence I had already encountered, but this company has proven me wrong. I submitted my date-change request on 25 November, with written confirmation. Today, after yet another exhausting call, their customer service claims, "we only received your request yesterday." This isn't a mistake; it’s outright deception. This company treats customer requests like a black hole—once your money is in, all communication vanishes. Accountability and honesty disappear, leaving only delay tactics and absurd excuses. The entire operation is a mess—rude, defensive, and evasive. They cut calls and refuse to escalate issues. I requested to speak with a manager, but no one seems willing to take responsibility. The arrogance is astounding. After months of dealing with this chaos following a family tragedy, their indifference is appalling. They hide behind the excuse of having "forwarded it to the airline" while doing nothing. This is NOT customer service; it’s fraudulent behavior, built on delay and denial, hoping customers will eventually give up. People need to realize what they’re getting into. When you purchase from this company, everything seems fine until a problem arises, revealing a disorganized, unresponsive, and borderline fraudulent operation that leaves you stranded. Let me be clear: if this issue isn’t resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate the case to consumer protection authorities, providing all evidence of delays and contradictory information from your staff. This is your final chance to resolve the matter before I take further action.
