I submitted my date-change request on 25 November — with written confirmation. Today, after yet another exhausting call, their customer “service” informs me, “we only received your request yesterday.” This isn’t a simple oversight; this is blatant dishonesty — both open and shameless. This company functions like a void for customer inquiries. Once your payment is made, information vanishes. Accountability vanishes. Integrity vanishes. All that remains are delay tactics and absurd excuses. The entire organization is a complete disgrace. Rude. Defensive. Evasive. They disconnect calls. They act as if they can’t hear you. They refuse to escalate matters. When I requested to speak with a manager, they declined because it seems no one within this organization is willing to accept responsibility. The level of arrogance is astounding. I have spent months navigating this chaos following a family tragedy, and their level of indifference is appalling. They hide behind “we’ve forwarded it to the airline” while doing absolutely nothing. They stall, mislead, and intentionally waste your time. This is NOT customer service. This is fraudulent conduct. This is a business strategy centered on delay, denial, and hoping the customer eventually gives up. People need to be aware of what they’re getting into. When you purchase from this service, everything appears fine until something goes awry. Then you will encounter the real organization behind the façade: a disorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional, borderline fraudulent operation that leaves you stranded and powerless. Let me be perfectly clear: if this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate the entire case to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I will provide all evidence, including dates, call records, emails, repeated delays, and the pattern of contradictory information provided by their staff. This is your final chance to resolve the issue before I take further action.
