I can't finalize connecting flights, confirm work leave, manage family logistics, or plan anything because the service has failed to fulfill the most basic duty of a travel agent: processing an approved change. Ticket prices are rising every hour while the company does nothing. What makes this situation even worse is that the date change was already approved in writing. All necessary documents were submitted, and all conditions were met. There was nothing left to “review.” Yet, here we are — over a month later — with no results. Interactions with customer service are consistently unfriendly, dismissive, and evasive. Calls get disconnected, escalations are denied, managers are unreachable, and promised updates never come. This entire experience communicates one thing: once they have your money, you’re on your own. From my experience, this company seems to operate by exhausting customers into giving up their rights. That is not customer service; that is systematic obstruction. This is no longer just a request. This is a final demand:
