Pity about the box containing the staples being badly ripped , this damage could not have been sustained during transit as the outer box and packing was in pristine condition. This can only lead to the conclusion that whoever packed the order must have noticed that the box was "badly" damaged "who gives a damn send it anyway". This resulted in some of the staples falling to the floor and breaking into several pieces .Pretty annoying considering these are not cheap staples , would have sent them back if not urgently needed.
Jill was extremely helpful, gave lots of advice and even offered to test products for me before I committed to buy. I received some very helpful videos showing the tests of different products and the results so I knew which tool was right for our requirements. I couldn't get my order to process online so I rang the company and they were outstanding - they advised the best staples to get for the job that were compatible with my Ryobi gun and then took the order over the phone. The order arrived a couple of days later and are perfect for the job (attaching chicken wire to a cat run). I am very happy with the performance of the staples. To put this in perspective, I had paid workmen to erect the cat run but the cats managed to escape because the workmen had used shallow and weak staples which just popped out when the cats put weight on them. I bought the Ryobi gun to do the job myself properly. The run is now very secure thanks to the superior staples recommended by 'My Tool Kit'.
