I would think twice before listing your product with these people. They dont respond to emails and if you pressure them for an answer they refer you to an attorney. I just want to know the status of an invoice. Its the most bizarre encounter I've ever had with a business. Highly unprofessional.
I had a terrible experience with Toolfetch. The product I received looked nothing like the photo they showed on their website—it was completely different and of much lower quality. Not only did they fail to deliver what was promised, but their customer service was also extremely unprofessional. I tried reaching out several times, but the team either ignored my messages or gave vague, unhelpful responses.Honestly, it feels like a scam. They take your money and don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I would never recommend Toolfetch to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration—shop elsewhere!
The transaction for purchasing the pump went smooth, but the communication was horrible. I sent an email asking for an update on my order, and never got a response. I called a few days later and was told the pump should be shipping out around the middle of the next week. She told me she would look into it and email me the info, but yet again, I never got any info. I had to call again later the following week and was told it shipped out. She gave me a tracking number, and the estimated ship date.
