I sent an email to see how I can check on my order and if there was a trackingnumber for thw 2 day UPS shipping. Tomorrow will be 5 days. I'm not upset about a few days. I was worried because I had no email confirmation of my order and no tracking number. I emailed and did get a quick response with my tracking number.
This is part of my initial email:
When something is late, customers worry they have been scammed nowadays. Not many are worried about receiving the product in two days. We are simply concerned about if we will receive it or not. I’d have preferred the choice of less expensive shipping and a longer wait time.
The reply I received:
Do not order if you can not be patient. There is a difference between processing time and shipping, just like anywhere else you order. You can blame UPS for the delay. We don’t have time for people to complain when it’s not our fault and they are getting a product for a very cost effective price.

Apparently others have been emailing for me to have gotten a rude reply like that! I don't care how good the product is, I wouldn't give them another dime!

When you see prices that are too good to be true this is an immediate red flag! After browsing this site it appears that all the COAs are fake. I checked all of them on the Jano website and not 1 COA came back as verified. This company has also changed their social media name multiple times and have very very few followers. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
I hard a card issue at checkout and thought I’d have to wait until morning - nope. Their 24/7 phone/text support got it handled right away. That alone earned my trust. Product arrived within days and I immediately placed a second order.
