I bought tickets for Sagrada Familia in Barcelona thinking they were sold at the official price and paid 45 € each to find out the official price of the ticket with audio guide is 26 €. While it is mentioned on the site that additional fees may apply, no transparency is provided about the amount of such fees. This is clearly misleading and very disappointing - especially because the Website tries to leave the impression to be the official site for Sagrada Familia. This insinuation is what makes it a scam in my perspective. What makes things worse is that the approach leads to a limited offering - had we used the official site of Sagrada Família, we could have booked the tour including a visit of the towers. With this organisation, we could not - and will miss that part of the experience which we were quite keen on !Very disappointing. I strongly recommend:Go to the real websites, order directly there - It is just as easy, you get more offerings and you pay much less !
