The scammers on WhatsApp say it is not scam. Hoping I get my 39 euro back. They charged 39 euro for what I found out is a 13 euro ticket. …and I couldn’t even figure out how to download their audioguide which Seville Cathedral stated was not legit. Lesson learned.They have even reported the company to the police.
Oh…the REAL audioguide was 5 euro and I purchased that one. Maybe for 40 days of lent these scoundrels can repent give up the scam. But I have no faith.
I would not recommend booking through this company.
The price was almost double compared to the official provider. Instead of paying around €22 per adult, I was charged €52. In addition, they charged €1 per child, even though children are officially free of charge.
The tickets were not sent immediately after payment. I only received automatic emails saying the tickets were still being processed. This caused unnecessary stress on the day of our visit.
Customer support was slow and not helpful, and communication was unclear.
I strongly recommend booking directly through the official Versailles website to avoid overpaying and last-minute uncertainty.

When I contact them about canceling the order, they start hanging noodles, talking about some monument rules, which I couldn't even find on the internet with a light..:( in a nutshell, stay away from such distributors as much as possible...

Buying tickets with My Top Tour is very misleading, it looks like official website of Sagrada Familia Ticket or Panoramic Bus Tour tickets but with much higher prices.No feedback for requests of information. Sent them many e-mails and called them twice asking to contact me and clarify how I can enter Panoramic Bus in Bercelona as they had not sent any voucher, QR code, no information when I can start 48h trip. It was all after prepayment made. Unbelievable, how they can treat clients this way.
I bought tickets for The Louvre in Paris thinking they were sold at the official price and paid 55€ each to find out the official price of the ticket with audio guide is 22€.While it is mentioned on the site that additional fees may apply, no transparency is provided about the amount of such fees. This is clearly misleading and very disappointing - especially because the Website tries to leave the impression to be the official site for The Louvre. This insinuation is what makes it a scam in my perspective.
Honest mistake made when booking the wrong date. I contacted them immediately after booking (before the tickets were even issued) and they refused to refund or change the date. Feels like a scam.Terrible service.Having looked through the other TrustPilot reviews, I see I am not the first person to experience this. Wish I checked before booking. Avoid.

While it is mentioned on the site that additional fees may apply, no transparency is provided about the amount of such fees. This is clearly misleading and very disappointing - especially because the Website tries to leave the impression to be the official site for Sagrada Familia. This insinuation is what makes it a scam in my perspective. What makes things worse is that the approach leads to a limited offering - had we used the official site of Sagrada Família, we could have booked the tour including a visit of the towers. With this organisation, we could not - and will miss that part of the experience which we were quite keen on !Very disappointing. I strongly recommend:Go to the real websites, order directly there - It is just as easy, you get more offerings and you pay much less !
I bought a ticket for the Louvre on January 26, 2026. The museum was on strike, so I requested a refund and sent numerous emails without response. It's absurd. The museum's ticket office said they offer immediate refunds, but there was no feedback about any refund process, neither any directions about what i should do.
