Absolute shambles of a company, they have now had my phone over 2 weeks, I have sent proof of postage and delivery several times to them and when I ask them what has happened to my phone they just keep asking for proof of postage, it is clear they have lost my phone but won’t admit, I wish I could leave zero stars for their incompetence
