I placed an order on 5 December and was charged even though the product was not in stock. Thankfully, I checked for order confirmation through their chat. To my surprise, they informed me the item was unavailable. Why sell items that aren't actually in stock? Now I'm waiting for a refund. They promised it would be processed by the next day, but I suspect it will take much longer.

I tried online to find a genuine S25 Ultra Flip Case without success. I found one with the company but was hesitant to purchase due to past experiences with non-genuine cases. I must admit it fits well and seems to be of good quality. I would recommend it.
