Scam scam scam artists!!!! Stay away. Thieves ! My flight was cancelled due to disruptions in abu dhabi ,I had it insured, 726.00 they have taken from me and will not refund .....I am entitled to refund as airline cancelled my flight ,mytrip will not refund me ,they are thieves !! No even a genuine response no re assurance ,ticket number is I082099080....run a mile ,they are scammers ,eveil company ,thieves
