I did a payment with this travel company and it didn't work the first time for some connection problems. I then did it a second time that worked and when I checked my bank account I've been charged twice, at the same price, on the same day, the April 8th 2026, the former at 5:30pm and the latter at 5:33 pm. After the signaling I made, I got back an email reading that there a penality of 25€ for the airline and 40€ for their "service" fee, so a total of 65€ that I won't get back for this Mytrips.com's error. Indeed, in theirs opinion, when I take flights I use to duplicate myself and take two seats rather than one, so that I have to pay for their "mistakes" of internet payments. Furthermore, they closed me the email box with me after my disappointing because of refusing not receiving the 65€ of these fees.
Since I see no point in buying twice the same flight at my name, I've been charged twice for the same purchase, obviously made by error and I can't even been fully refunded. But I also remember myself that the world needs charity, so you can keep them, maybe you have more need than me.
