URGENT: TRAVEL EMERGENCY - FIRST TIME FLYER LOSING LIFE SAVINGS - BOOKING CXSWRB

I am writing this out of pure desperation. My flight is this Monday, February 16, and I am about to lose all my life savings. This is the first time I have ever flown, a dream I have worked and saved for during years.
Due to a delay in my transit visa (a situation out of my control), I cannot board on Monday. I have tried to contact MyTrip multiple times via phone and app, but nobody is helping me. Their app doesn't provide options to manage my flight, and the agents keep giving me the runaround.
I am not asking for a refund. I am begging for empathy to CHANGE THE DATE of my flight. I am willing to pay the fare difference, but I need MyTrip to act as my agency and contact Air Canada/WestJet to save my trip.
Please, do not let a first-time traveler lose everything. I need a supervisor to contact me IMMEDIATELY to resolve booking .
