The absolute worst site ever! My experience was horrible- long story short passenger could not board flight from Lusaka to Ndola ( domestic flight) due to the airline confirming that they were on the passenger manifesto but due to the fact that Mytrip had not paid out the funds to Air Zambia they were not permitted to fly a refund was immediately requested for but it has been 3 weeks no correspondence from them- the only thing they do is to keep you on hold over the phone and connecting you to different agents! FRADULENT COMPANY !!!!!!
