I’ve used Mytrip for years hoping it would get better as I genuinely like their app. Let’s say it seems to just get worse. I booked a flexi ticket, I’m trying to change it and their app won’t give me prices or show flights. So, I need to contact support right?
I paid for a flexi ticket for convenience and chose Mytrip for the great support they claim to have right?
Extremely wrong. I cannot change my flights because their system is not working and I cannot contact customer support because I get a generic message saying the team is under strain and working with flights that are departing within three days only.
I paid for flexi and paid via my trip for a reason and now I’m not getting what I paid for!!!
Update: now they respond to my review as if I haven’t tried contacting them this morning prior to leaving this review.
