HORRIBLE Customer service. After 60 minutes of waiting to talk with the attendant, he couldn't help me to add luggage to the flight. Information that had to be provided with details on the website, and is not. Will not buy any flights with my trip again. Definitely an extra headache that nobody wants to have.
