Mytrip selling fake Cancellation guarantee and their service brings a lot of headache

I bought the tickets and got to know that because of Covid situation Norway changed the rules of entering - 10 days quarantin in the hotel etc... so I cancelled my tickets in 1 hour or less after booking. While booking I bought extra service - cancellation protection - cancelation with any reason. And only after I paid I got the notice: "You have purchased a cancellation guarantee for your trip. This means that you can cancel your reservation for any reason by exchanging it for an electronic voucher worth 90% of the air ticket price." I do not want voucher! And what about the luggage etc? Well, but it is not also the truth... I got the emal that I do not have right for any refund?!?Instead to take care of my problem Mytrip sent me after cancelation request many emails: 1) booking confirmation; 2) feedback form to ask how happy am I with their service; 3) finally 2 days later the answer that even I informed them during 24 hours about the need to cancel the booking and bought extra cancellation-protection service, it is not possible to get a refund of my booking in case of cancellation; 4) email to reserve my seat on the flight. So no refund!?! How this company still working on the market? This is the answer: "Hi Katrin,Thank you for your email.We have received your request that you wish to cancel your booking. We are always required to follow the airline rules for the ticket(s) that you have booked through us. In this case, according to the rules set out by the airline it is not possible to get a refund of your booking in case of cancellation.Please note that your booking has not been cancelled yet. We ask you to get back to us and confirm if you would like our assistance with the cancellation by replying to this email.Kind regards,Sylvia S"What should I think? I feel that Mytrip cheat people. They do it with seat reservation as well. During you book tickets they ask 30+ eur one flight to book the seat. And when you read how they write, you feel that if you do not choose the seat, you buy flight without seat.So think before you use their services :( I am really sad and disappointed and feel cheated.
