I had a very frustrating experience. Automated emails indicated the tyres had been picked up, yet they promised delivery in 11 working days, which was too late for my needs. They do have a phone number, but it’s AI-operated with no human assistance available. I eventually managed to reach a human agent through live chat, but they were unable to provide any updates on the delivery. The fitting company also commented that deliveries from this service were unreliable. I attempted to get a refund, but the agent couldn't assure me of a full refund. I wouldn't recommend using this service for tyre purchases.
