I've never had a worse experience.I paid 244 pounds for 2 rims, it's almost a week and I have nothing, the chat guy replied that one rim was delivered on January 22nd, I haven't received anything, the other one was in transit with DPD.

Experience with the service has been extremely frustrating

Having previously used the service without any issues, this time has been exceptionally problematic. A duplicate order was created for some unknown reason, resulting in us paying for and receiving 8 tyres, although they arrived weeks apart. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong tyres, which meant I needed to return all 8. Their returns process is difficult to navigate, and there is no information about returns available on their website. The first set of tyres was delivered without a returns label. After hours of trying to figure out how to return them, I arranged for a courier to send the first set back to the address provided. This was at our expense, and they are now stuck in customs. We have not received any confirmation regarding our refund for these. To make matters worse, I later discovered from our garage that I had ordered the incorrect rear tyres. I sent back both the duplicate set and the two rear tyres using the service's dedicated returns process, which I only learned about after a formal complaint was filed by my spouse, who is a lawyer. The courier arrived on two consecutive days for collection, and while I received a delivery confirmation email, the service acknowledged receipt of the tyres on 8 January 2026. We still have not received our refunds. Being over £1,000 out of pocket and without the tyres we paid for, I sent emails on 14 and 19 January 2026 inquiring about our refund status. The only response from the complaints team was a request for the relevant order numbers again. Whether due to incompetence or intentional delay, the service is unreasonably withholding our refunds.

Disappointing experience with the tyre order

I ordered a set of four tyres, and while two were in great condition, the other two arrived muddy with old tyre lube and showed signs of previous use. They also lacked the required tyre stickers. I attempted to reach out for assistance but have not received any response. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Although I have used this service before for unique sizes, this experience has led me to decide against using them again. There seems to be some questionable practices, so I recommend steering clear.

Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service; I placed my order and made payment 10 days ago, yet the items have not even departed the depot. The estimated delivery is still 13 days away, despite the website claiming a 5-day delivery time. I cannot reach anyone to voice my concerns, and the online support representative was indifferent. I strongly advise against using this service for anything; it's utterly ineffective.

Delivery Issues and Lack of Support

The delivery claim stated that the tire was signed for at my home address, but nobody was present at the time of the supposed delivery. There is no tire left, and there’s no footage on CCTV to confirm the delivery. I engaged in an online chat with the service’s AI, which indicated that an investigation would be initiated with their courier, but I have received no confirmation or follow-up in the promised 48 hours. The courier's website does not recognize my postcode to verify delivery, and I have no means to contact them directly. Attempts to reach the company by phone only connected me with an AI agent, which was extremely frustrating. I can only communicate with a representative through online chat, where I was told to expect a response in five minutes, yet no one has replied. I have now escalated this issue with my credit card provider. There’s been no delivery, no one to talk to, and it feels like a scam.

Be cautious of the delivery timelines; they might surprise you too! Ironically, when I asked about other sizes available, they quoted a delivery time of 5-8 days but had no solid answers when I pressed for more information.

Beware of long delivery times - items ship from Europe!

I ordered tyres on the 12th and was notified they wouldn't arrive until the 30th. The web chat representative could only cancel my order, which was a total waste of time. Affordable prices, but customer support is lacking

After a week, I finally received the fitting vouchers following numerous attempts to contact them. Overall, while the prices are unbeatable and the tyres arrived on time (in 4 working days), the vouchers were delayed, and communication was nearly impossible. The tyres came with a fitting service, but I never received the necessary voucher. The online and phone support offered only vague responses, and I couldn't reach a human agent. My previous experience with them was good, but now I would avoid them at all costs due to the hours wasted trying to resolve these issues.

Very disappointing customer service experience

I had a very frustrating experience. Automated emails indicated the tyres had been picked up, yet they promised delivery in 11 working days, which was too late for my needs. They do have a phone number, but it’s AI-operated with no human assistance available. I eventually managed to reach a human agent through live chat, but they were unable to provide any updates on the delivery. The fitting company also commented that deliveries from this service were unreliable. I attempted to get a refund, but the agent couldn't assure me of a full refund. I wouldn't recommend using this service for tyre purchases.

Dissatisfied with the service received

I'm unhappy with the service. I ordered four tyres, but after 15 days only two arrived, while the other two were marked as lost. I canceled the order after being told the missing tyres would take 5-8 business days to arrive, which was too long for me. They promised a refund, but the next day the two 'lost' tyres were delivered. Now, I'm still waiting for the refund.
