Attempts to reach the company by phone only connected me with an AI agent, which was extremely frustrating. I can only communicate with a representative through online chat, where I was told to expect a response in five minutes, yet no one has replied. I have now escalated this issue with my credit card provider. There’s been no delivery, no one to talk to, and it feels like a scam.
