I am really disappointed with the service. My daughter, using her valid school email, was unable to get her account verified. She attends a special needs school, so we submitted her EHCP, which is a legal document confirming her educational placement in the UK, but that was also rejected. Her school does not provide student IDs or admission letters as admissions are handled by the local authority. This creates challenges for families with disabled children, as they struggle to complete the verification process due to the platform's rigid system. It's very disheartening that a service designed for students fails to support those who are in genuine need and legally acknowledged as students. EDIT - I sought managerial assistance and received two additional emails ignoring my request, despite providing her EHCP and her active school email.
