For over 6 weeks, I haven't been able to use the app. It won't load. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still not loading.
I think unidays is broken? I'm not sure if it broken for anyone else?
Online won't work either. Doing a quick search, I found a lot of business sites and partners are currently having connection issues with unidays.
My student ID doesn’t have an expiration date and instead unidays has accepted my enrollment schedule to get the Apple Student music discount. It was easy breezy, instead this year they refuse to accept my current school documents. I even sent additional documentation of my enrollment, with my name, my current academic year, and school name. They refuse to accept it and stated they can’t continue the verification process. Please do better.
I am really disappointed with the service. My daughter, using her valid school email, was unable to get her account verified. She attends a special needs school, so we submitted her EHCP, which is a legal document confirming her educational placement in the UK, but that was also rejected. Her school does not provide student IDs or admission letters as admissions are handled by the local authority. This creates challenges for families with disabled children, as they struggle to complete the verification process due to the platform's rigid system. It's very disheartening that a service designed for students fails to support those who are in genuine need and legally acknowledged as students. EDIT - I sought managerial assistance and received two additional emails ignoring my request, despite providing her EHCP and her active school email.

I am now leaving a review for the service since their customer support is appalling. As a full-time student without a university email and with a digital card, I found myself trapped in the outdated verification methods being used. I have emailed and submitted proof of studies and uploaded my digital student ID, yet they keep rejecting my documents and automatically emailing that they were unable to verify my student status! My question is: Have you even looked at the documents I uploaded? Clearly, they do not care, and this is really disappointing and discriminatory! I have used other platforms without any issues. This service is redundant because I can use my student card elsewhere, but not here due to not having a student email! What sort of backward mentality is this?
This is a great place for deals until your account expires; then you're blocked from updating your details. The login just sends you in a constant loop of frustration. Sadly, you just stop using it because it isn't worth the battle of logging in with new info that it doesn't recognize.
I have provided everything they ask for - student ID card, letter of enrollment, and student email. Yet they keep asking for other verification because they don’t like what I have sent, despite it being perfectly valid. I’m pretty sure they are just bots replying to me.
