I'm disappointed. I purchased home insurance and listed all my items for coverage. When the policy arrived after I paid the full yearly amount, the items were missing. I contacted a customer advisor who claimed I hadn’t included any items. I even provided a screenshot showing the items. They still insisted nothing was added. I decided to cancel, and they made no effort to correct the situation. Now, they're saying I might not receive a refund, even though the policy doesn't begin until January 9th and I'm within the cooling-off period. This has not been a good experience.
