I had a renewal sent through which was increased from previous year - considerably! Despite nothing having changed and no claim made. Confused.com sear hed the market. Same company, same policy £20 cheaper! Nightmare trying to get payment to go through though on website.
The overall cost was more competitive than others, and although I was initially unsure, I needed home and contents insurance. I had an incident and reached out to my insurance, and they handled everything promptly and effectively. The service was outstanding, and the representative who assisted me was fantastic. The process was straightforward, and everything was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this service.
I'm disappointed. I purchased home insurance and listed all my items for coverage. When the policy arrived after I paid the full yearly amount, the items were missing. I contacted a customer advisor who claimed I hadn’t included any items. I even provided a screenshot showing the items. They still insisted nothing was added. I decided to cancel, and they made no effort to correct the situation. Now, they're saying I might not receive a refund, even though the policy doesn't begin until January 9th and I'm within the cooling-off period. This has not been a good experience.
I don’t have much to add except that the monthly payments are processed effortlessly. Once you've selected the coverage and everything is set, you can relax. You'll receive notifications when payments are made, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Personally, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I've been with this service for two years.
