One of the few times I am truly upset with the handlers.
MyUS handlers and packagers are known to damage items. It has happened to me many times, but this time they opened a poster tube. Those tubes are rock hard, so the handler pulled the posters out with such force that it caused corner creases.
These are limited-edition posters, with only 60 copies made worldwide. I am beyond upset.
MyUS customer service is clueless. They actually think shipping caused the damage. Anyone who collects BNG posters knows that, in its history, a poster has never been damaged during shipping. The tube is rock hard, and the posters do not move, so they cannot be damaged.
MyUS customer service also told me that because I selected no insurance, they cannot do much. How about not damaging items when they arrive at my suite? Insurance should not be needed when the item arrived in perfect condition until a MyUS employee opened the package to take pictures, like someone who does not know how posters should be handled. You do not just pull them out; you leave them inside if you can see that it is a poster.
I demand a full refund for this. On top of that, the packagers decided to throw away the Bath & Body Works shopping bags. I have pictures showing how they arrived in my suite with the bags, and when they arrived here, they were no longer included.
