I bought an expensive bottle of perfume to be delivered from London MYUS to UAE. It has sat at London Warehouse for almost 2 weeks, immediately I was charged 104USD for delivery, I mean what the hell???
Of the 104USD delivery charge, I have been told that 65usd is for shipping and 30usd is for dangerous good!!!! Its a boxed up 200ml bottle of perfume!!!!! Absolute scammers.

Almost impossible to get hold of anyone, no phones, email or whatsapp contact.
Missed birthday, still not sure where it is!

From the “View Photos” section in my order history, it is clearly shown that the warehouse received the correct items from the seller. Their own uploaded photos confirm this.

However, what I received was an entirely different shipment that belongs to another customer. Inside the box was an invoice clearly addressed to a different individual, including their name and suite number.

This means the warehouse repackaged the items incorrectly and sent me someone else’s order.
Despite providing clear photographic evidence — including their own warehouse photos and the invoice found inside the wrong package — customer service continues to redirect me to contact the seller. The seller fulfilled the order correctly. The mistake happened at the warehouse.

This is not just a fulfillment error. It is also a serious mishandling of customer information.

Very disappointing experience.I expected accountability and resolution, not deflection.

I am extremely disappointed with MyUS.
I paid extra for Urgent Handling, yet my shipment has been stuck in “Order Created” status for days with absolutely no progress. What exactly am I paying for if nothing is being handled urgently?
This feels like a clear case of charging customers for services that are not actually provided. There is no urgency, no priority, and no transparency.
Customer support is slow and unhelpful, and there is no clear explanation for the delay. If Urgent Handling means waiting days with no action, then the service name is completely misleading.
I do NOT recommend MyUS to anyone who values their time or money. There are much better shipping companies that actually deliver what they promise.

Put it aside that you issued a refund, I"d rather have the very rare item you guys gave away to someone else. All of the time and effort spent digging for months to find this item, and you incompetent boobs sent it to someone else. How did that happen when my name and suite number were on the parcel?

It has been over 3 weeks since tracking information indicates receipt at your facility for another parcel that still has not been added to my suite, yet you are asking for me to provide an invoice. What the hell are you people doing?

The level of customer contact isn't good enough, with your response time being multiple days. Response should be same day, or immediately the next day, but it's not. Do you just not give a damn how you treat your customers?

I have parcels in my suite, but I am waiting for you to enter my other parcels that are already with you for weeks and you send me a storage fee notification because some of my other parcels youve receipted weeks ago are waiting on you to put them into my suite so i can raise a shipment request. How completely messed up is that?

With the delays posting parcels to my suite, sending my goods to other people and very poor customer response, I am not willing to continue doing business with you. I am now in the market, looking for an alternate freight forwarding business that is more reliable and gives a damn about their customers.

You guys dont have enough competency for me to continue doing business with you.

Once my package was finally shipped, delivery itself was quick (thanks to DHL). However, the processing time beforehand was a major disappointment. MyUS advertises fast processing, but in my case it took more than twice as long as promised.

Despite providing all requested information promptly, including proof of delivery, it took over a week to receive any response from customer service. During this delay, I received multiple promotional emails advertising quick delivery and excellent customer service, which felt ironic given the lack of communication and extended processing time I was experiencing.

Due to this experience, I have cancelled my subscription and will not be using the service again.

I have been a MyUS Business customer since 2022 and used their service regularly. I cancelled my subscription and moved to another forwarder due to ongoing issues.
When MyUS works well, it works very well. Unfortunately, in my experience, this was unpredictable. On rare occasions when I reached a competent support agent, issues were resolved within minutes. However, these interactions were uncommon.
Most support interactions were slow and unhelpful. Agents often replied with copied FAQ responses rather than addressing the actual question. In several cases, the chat was closed while I was still typing or waiting to respond. Queue times frequently exceeded 80 users, and disconnections occurred even when close to the front of the queue.
Pricing: initial quotes using the “TrueWeight” calculator were often lower than other forwarders. However, final costs increased through added charges such as insurance, lithium stickers, and handling services. In practice, total shipping costs often ended up higher than competitors.
I also observed that adding even very small items to a shipment increased the shipping cost, even when the box size did not change. This made consolidation less cost-effective than expected.
One example: a supplement order of two identical items was mispriced by MyUS at USD 500 for one of the units. When I used the price correction feature, the system required invoice submission and triggered a manual review that delayed my shipment by three days before correction was made.

After several years of similar situations involving delays, added fees, and support difficulties, I decided to close my account.

Looking back, I think the reason I stayed so long is because occasional good support interactions created hope that things would improve. In that sense, it felt like a form of Stockholm syndrome as a customer, rare positive experiences kept me engaged despite repeated problems.

Packages did ship, but the overall experience became increasingly stressful and unpredictable over time. I moved to Stackry, which is exactly what MyUS pretends to be...and beware when you search Stackry the first few sponsored links jumps you to MyUS....and this explains a lot......

Beware of Unwanted Charges

I signed up with the service to purchase a product from the US that wouldn't ship to Australia. I was unaware that I would incur a monthly subscription fee of $16. After realizing this after four months, I canceled my account, only to find out they had reactivated my membership and charged me for the last two months. I advise against using this service as they are not trustworthy. It's frustrating to be charged a monthly fee when a one-time purchase should suffice.

Avoid this service at all costs!

This service is absolutely dreadful! Do not even think about using it. It's nearly impossible to communicate with a representative regarding your packages, no matter how delayed or mishandled they are. Their fees exceed the cost of my package, including shipping. They claim to specialize in international shipping, but once a package reaches customs, they wash their hands of it. They didn’t even inform me that my package was at customs. Spare yourself the frustration and wasted time—this service is not worth it.

This is a scam

This is a scam, i order 4 plastic boxes of 19 l from the UK (total value 78€), they said it weigh 68.00 lb while the atual weigh is 16 lb, and they asked 248€ to send it to Europe. I request for them to correct the weigh and they said it was not possible, i need to pay 248€ and after receiving the order that they would consider proceed with a refund.
