I purchased a new item that is no longer in production and very hard to find. You guys sent it to a different customer and I'll never see it. Put it aside that you issued a refund, I"d rather have the very rare item you guys gave away to someone else. All of the time and effort spent digging for months to find this item, and you incompetent boobs sent it to someone else. How did that happen when my name and suite number were on the parcel?
It has been over 3 weeks since tracking information indicates receipt at your facility for another parcel that still has not been added to my suite, yet you are asking for me to provide an invoice. What the hell are you people doing?
The level of customer contact isn't good enough, with your response time being multiple days. Response should be same day, or immediately the next day, but it's not. Do you just not give a damn how you treat your customers?
I have parcels in my suite, but I am waiting for you to enter my other parcels that are already with you for weeks and you send me a storage fee notification because some of my other parcels youve receipted weeks ago are waiting on you to put them into my suite so i can raise a shipment request. How completely messed up is that?
With the delays posting parcels to my suite, sending my goods to other people and very poor customer response, I am not willing to continue doing business with you. I am now in the market, looking for an alternate freight forwarding business that is more reliable and gives a damn about their customers.
