Stay away from this seller; it resembles a budget clothing provider that sends items worth around £2 but charges £120. If you raise a complaint, they only refund £35. It's baffling how they continue to operate this way. Shopping in physical stores is a better option.

Avoid buying anything from this site; it’s a scam! The products are not as advertised and are of poor quality. When I tried to request a refund and return the item, I was redirected to a suspicious website! I doubt I will ever see my money again. Save your funds!

Do NOT use their roadside assistance

Avoid their roadside assistance; it's a scam that ends up costing more than it's worth. It doesn’t cover towing, which I had to pay for myself. They deemed my tire unacceptable, despite it being the same model, leading to a refusal to tow. Terrible service.

The worst insurance experience ever

Like many others, I find this provider to be the worst insurance experience I've ever had. The indifference to my claim is astonishing, and the incompetence is unbelievable. I will be canceling all my policies and switching to another provider. They are utterly unhelpful and should be avoided.

Terrible insurance experience

After being with this provider for over four years, I recently had a claim declined. They canceled all my other policies, leaving my home uninsured. The staff was unhelpful; when I asked for a deadlock letter to escalate the issue, they claimed my claim was still under review. Why cancel my other insurances if the claim is still being assessed? Getting insurance now is incredibly difficult. Avoid this service.

Poor customer support experience

The customer support was very poor when our car was deemed a total loss. Even after they canceled the policy and settled our finance, they continued to take payments. It took many phone calls and six weeks to resolve the issue.

Avoid this provider

Stay away from this provider. After storm damage, it has been a constant struggle to get compensated. They only want to pay less than the actual costs. Dealing with them has been dreadful.

Misleading and incompetent service. Avoid!

This has been the worst customer service experience with any provider, especially an insurance one. I filed a claim for damage, and the whole process was chaotic and exhausting. I was transferred multiple times, and the information was often inconsistent. After confirming my coverage in writing, they reversed their decision and demanded payment. This service is misleading and untrustworthy. I will be escalating this issue.
