The vet was about to weigh my dog in the reception area when a couple came in & queue jumped & she advised them for about ten minutes, whilst holding my dog by his lead as I stood there waiting with my little boy. Not to mention that the prices are nearly double what my current vet charges for the specific procedure as I checked. I won't be returning so you may as well remove my details. Might I also add that she didn't seem interested when my elderly dog started with a panic attack either. No empathy whatsoever.
