What a shower of uncaring muppets.Paid a rip off £225 to have my daughters dog cremated. Waited nearly 2 weeks and eventually had to drive to Blackburn to collect it or wait another 2 days for the vet to receive it.All cremations are done overnight normally... tried to complain. Not interested.. just told to write in.Also my daughter seems to have become MRS on the certificate that was dated the eleventh.... the dog was committed to them on The sixth!!!!!!!!!!
