You might expect that if you bought something second-hand and had an issue, the manufacturer would say it's not their problem. This was not the case here. I had a minor issue with my radio, and after emailing the support team, I received a quick response with a solution. Fantastic service.

In 2011, VQ (known then as View Quest), launched the original Retro Radio – a DAB / DAB+ Digital Radio and Apple Docking station. The original retro was designed to change the market, a multi-functional product that came in a range of colours very much with the design conscious in mind. A hit with the public and press alike, the radio even won a prestigious What HiFi Award.
The classic line of success brings success is never more true than in the story of VQ as in the years since we’ve been working hard to produce increasingly incredible products that continue to win awards and your hearts.
The one thing we’ve always put at the heart of our design though is choice, many have (and still do) consider us mad for offering you such a wide choice of colours and finishes. We don’t think it’s mad, in fact we’ve built everything in our business to give you that choice because we believe it’s important. You will live with our radios and speakers for a lifetime and we want them to be an expression of your own taste & style.
As part of that mission to give you choice and to deliver products that get you excited to have them in your home, we’ve also been fortunate to forge relationships with designer brands that are loved by millions of people across the world. We design and manufacture products in partnership with; Emma Bridgewater, Joules, Laura Ashley & Cath Kidston and there are many more designer names to come.
Ultimately as our product range grows from; radio to docking stations, Bluetooth speakers, multi-room systems to Smart Speakers we remain true to our founding principal, it has to be something that looks and sounds good enough for Jonathan to have in his home.See more
