I’ve used the service a few times and everything was fine. But one day I decided to try the Pro subscription because I had some long trips planned and wanted to take advantage of the discount. After the one-month subscription, I canceled it but anyway I’ve received an invoice and was charged again, even though my current plan shows as Start.I’ve tried reaching out to support multiple times, I submitted two tickets and sent an email, but received no response at all. It’s really disappointing. Support service is awful, where are you guys?!
